FAQ

Can I Return My Items? RETURNS can be returned within 7 working days as long as it is returned in the same condition it is recieved in. Any items revieved that are not in a new and unused condition may be refused. Socks CAN NOT BE RETURNED once purchased due to hygiene risks. If you feel there is a fault then we will review this on its own merit. There are No returns on bespoke garment orders.

What is your refund policy? REFUNDS can be given for any faulty items which will be approved once the return has been recieved and approved. There are NO refunds on bespoke made garments that are already in production. Contact us if your club/shop or organisation are yet to close the shop we may still be able to refund.

Can I Cancel My Order? CANCELLATIONS: Online orders can be cancelled within 24 hours. Bespoke garments orders CAN NOT be cancelled once the online ordering is closed and into manufacturing. If you are unsure if your club/shop or organisation is still open please contact us and we will be able to help.
